I am a consultant dietitian and personal performance coach to busy professionals. I transform my clients’ lives helping them achieve the best versions of themselves.

My clients come to me for weight loss, balance, and more energy and leave with a newfound love for food and life.

I believe that a true diet is not about removing but adding value to every aspect of life and I do this through simple actions and finding a way to enrich.

Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science
Masters degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
Registered Dietitian, specialist in weight management and behaviour change
Certification in Preconception and pre-natal nutrition
Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming
Certified in behaviour change
