I believe that a true diet is not about removing but adding value to every aspect of life and I do this through simple actions and finding a way to enrich.
Having spent 15 years in the weight loss industry, working as a dietitian and wellness coach, I have learnt that most clients would love a quick fix and have tried many weight loss methods with excellent temporary results. They want something that will work for their individual lifestyle with little compromise and this is possible.
